St John’s is a home for everyone practicing the Christian life. We offer community, friendship, learning, and discipleship as well as a rhythm of life that is centred on Christ. We worship God through the beauty of the liturgy and with the richness of the Scripture. And we welcome people at every stage of faith. Our church is a space where you can enter into the presence of God. And our rituals and teaching all witness to the truth of God made man for our salvation.
Our Rector is Fr Ernest Lennon. Fr Ernest is always happy to discuss matters of faith and belief and to explore the spiritual life. He is available to all - regardless of religious affiliation - for pastoral and spiritual care or just a listening ear. You’ll find him in church or around town on his bike and he’s always delighted to chat.
